Anurag UpadhyayAnurag Upadhyaya is a serial entrepreneur and is a Co-Founder and CEO of ACE Projects. He Co-founded Ace Projects in 2007 with a meager capital of 1 crore and in a span of less than four years the company has current and upcoming projects worth 450 crores.

ACE is his dream of creating an exceptionally delightful customer experience in the real estate industry. He holds the key responsibility of providing direction, forming strategies and executing them for the ongoing expansion of the company.

Anurag is also the CMD and founder director of “Customer First”, a real estate marketing company and is responsible for providing direction and forming strategies for the ongoing expansion of the company.

He has an overall experience of 14 years in Contact Center Management, Customer Service and Real Estate. He is a pioneer of Customer Life Cycle Management and has managed very large scale BPO operations in Sales, Customer Service & HR Service domains. He has in-depth exposure of Telecom, BFSI, Insurance & Real Estate Verticals.

He is a young achiever and started his career with ATS services at enrty level and in a span of less than two years he became the youngest call centre unit head at “ORION DIALOG”, which was one of the largest domestic call centre at that time. He has also managed one of the largest domestic customer service account in India, having strength of around 4000 people, for Vodafone during his last assignment at AEGIS Global.

He holds a Master Degree in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University.

Lokesh has been instrumental in envisioning the success path for Ace Projects.

He believes in continual self improvement for a delightful and complete “ACE” experience for the customers.

His expertise lies in exploring hidden opportunities in existing and upcoming business verticals and creating an extreme business value proposition by extensive evaluation , optimizing investments and eliminating unwarranted business risks.

Lokesh is also a founder director of “Customer First”, a real estate marketing company and is responsible for providing direction and forming strategies for the ongoing expansion of the company.

He is a young achiever and has an extensive experience of 11 years in supply chain management in apparel export and Real Estate. He started his entrepreneurial walk at an early age of 25 years by establishing India Liaison offices of some of the most renowned fashion Labels in Europe like Armani Jeans, Pinko, Roberto Cavalli, Cellyn b, Petrizia Pepe, and many more.

He is a post graduate in Fashion & Management from India’s most prestigious design and fashion school NIFT (National Institute from Fashion Technology), New Delhi.
